Mystique Nouveau Wine is a family-run winery crafting an array of wines with daily tastings and tours. We were constructed in 1895 and originally operated as a working mill until 1940, when the business closed. The building sat empty until a local home winemaker purchased it in 1945 and began crafting wines.
Traditionally, extremely large casks were used for the first decade, then replaced with stainless steel tanks and smaller barrels for greater precision and quality. Today, the stone wine cellars are used for barrel-aging several of our wines, while the main floor hosts tours, tastings, and our shop.
We offer a full-service winery with wine tastings, vineyard tours, and a host of events. Our shop carries an array of wine and custom branded products. For our most dedicated enthusiasts, we offer a monthly wine subscription. And in our historical women's room, visitors can learn about extraordinary women throughout history alongside the wines they're paired with.
We have many locations throughout Wisconsin, with each offering the same level of support, quality, and products. Known locations include Madison, Milwaukee, and Green Bay.
